This week is my deadline week.  I have managed to finish my content page.
I am in the middle of completing the front cover and double page spread, I just need to finish with little touches.  I also need to do my location recess.

1st location - Steps at college


Shooting information
I took pictures of the 3 girls on this, I used extreme long shots and medium shots at this photoshoot.

Possible hazards
Height may be a problem if girls are afraid of heights but there are barriers so less risk of falling.

Long shot
I used a long shot for a the main picture on the front cover of the 3 girls.  I also used it for the male model on the content.

Medium close up:

I used this on content page of the female model.  I also used it for the female model on the front cover.

Medium long shot:
I used this for the male model on my front cover.

Eye level shots
I used eye level shots on all my pictures.

Research and Planning: Risk assessment for location 2.

This location was the steps that are at college.

Audience/public:  Nobody was around.
Access: Was fine to access walked up the steps.
Heat/cold: It was a bit cold on the days we took the pictures on so kept coats on until pictures was took.  It then started raining so we finished shooting.
Working at heights: The steps were high but had barriers so they couldn't fall.

This week I am planning to do the following:

• Take some more pictures for my front cover.
• Carry on with my double page spread and front cover.

Research and Planning: Front cover planning

I have decided that because of my genre of magazine I need to take more pictures for my front cover.  I am going to take pictures of clothes and also audition some male models.  I am planning to get a male model who will model topless.  I have decided to do this as it will appeal to my target audience which will be young teenager girls.

This week I have finished my content page and have now took all my pictures for my front cover and double page spread.  I have also edited my pictures for my front cover and placed them on the front cover.  I have started to edit my pictures for my double page spread.
