Here are some technologies I have used to help me make my magazine.

I have used this camera to take my pictures I have done this so that I have have precision of my pictures and also that I have good quality pictures.  

I have used the Imac computers to use all my technologies on such as Photoshop, Blogger ect.  I have also used this to make Ishowu movies and upload my photos on to iphoto.

I have also used Photoshop to edit my photos on and also make my front cover, content page and double page spread.    

I have used blogger to record my progress through the year and why I have done certain things.

I have used Prezi to make my publication plan and also to do question 5 of my evaluation.

I have used Flickr to do question 3.

This is an example of my target audience. 

• They will listen to artists such as; Rihanna, Olly murs, JLS, The Saturdays ect.  Which will be featured in my magazine.  
• They will be aged 12 - 16 so will be in school still.  
• They will shop at places such as New Look, Tammy and maybe Topshop.  
• They will watch pop shows such as Glee, X - factor and channels such as Viva, The chart show ect.

My magazine will be out every two weeks in shops such as Asda, Tesco and any other leading supermarkets and also be promoted by subscription which will include a free gift.  Also I will used different arms of the business to promote such as radio stations which will be national.  It will also be a  music television channel.

How does your media product represent particular social groups?

The main picture on my magazine is similar to the image on Top of the pops. 

Similarities

- Long shot of the models.

- 3 models.

- Eye contact.

- Smiles.

- Inviting posture.

- Eye angle shot.

-closeness of models.

Differences

- Different gender.

- Different style of clothing. Although different gender, the boys are wearing casual whereas the girls are wearing more dressed up clothing.

- Pose slightly different.

I think that using the 3 girls I have used really helps me attract my audience as it represents a certain social group.  This social group is young, energetic and happy.  I have chose to have this particular social group as I feel it is the same age range that my magazine is aimed at.
