Research and Planning: Double page spread copy

Down at Snap! we had chance to ask the newest girl group Panache a few questions before they go on their sold out arena tour in the UK. As they was already in town they thought they would come and pay us a visit.  They're here to talk about their newest album Chasing love and how they are finding it on tour.

Snap: How long did it take you to make your album?
Polly: Well there is a lot you have to do in making a new album, writing songs, recording them, photoshoots, picking your singles, tracking order. So it has took us a while.
Tasha: I would say about 4 months maybe.
Keisha: Yeah its a lot of hard work.

Snap: So about your new album, which is your favourite song on the album?
Tasha: It has to be track 4.  Never say never.  I really like the lyrics to it.
Keisha: Now I really like track 9.  Chasing Love.  We both like this track and felt it would sound good for an album name.
Polly: I really like track 6. Love games. I feel like its a good song for girls to relate to.

Snap: We have heard you write your own songs, is that true?
Keisha: Yeah we write a lot of our own songs, we sometimes have help of song writers.
Polly: Yeah we have worked with a few good song writers such as Wayne Hector, he is amazing
Tasha: I like writing our own songs its relaxing

Snap: So have you had alot of looks for your photo shoots?
Tasha: Yeah we go to the studio at 8 in the morning and sometimes dont come out til 9 at night
Polly: They like to try a lot of different looks.
Keisha: Yeah a lot of effort goes into photo shoots.

Snap: What about the video shoots?
Keisha: Oh god, they are long. I'm always ready to drop once we have finished one of them.
Polly: I really enjoy doing the videos. I love to dance so the faster the better.
Tasha: I have to agree with Keisha here.

Snap: So its the Chasing love tour, are you excited?
Tasha: Yeah very excited, I love touring.
Polly:  Touring is the best part of being in a girl group. Its so fun and energetic.
Keisha: Just seeing all our fans make me happy, them singing along to the songs.

Snap: So what shall we expect to see in the Chasing love tour?
Polly: A lot of music, special effects and dancing.
Tasha: Were not giving anything away it will spoil it for the fans.
Keisha: Yeah we like to keep it on a down low.

Snap: Okay here's some questions from fans.

Snap: Who was your first crush?  - Emily Davidson age 10
Keisha: It has to be Tom Barker, in year 4. He was a cutie.
Tasha: Ermmm I would say Steven Thompson in year 3.  He was lovely.
Polly: Mine was Robbie Gill in year 4. We sat together in class.

Snap: So your other single at the moment, you got your eye on anyone? - Rosie Carrington
Tasha: I haven't at the moment, I am too busy for love.
Keisha:  Same, with the new album just come out and the tour not had time.
Polly: I have my eye on someone but its a secret so shh!

Snap: Ah so your not spilling any beans I see.
Keisha: There isn't anything to spill.

Snap: So you three have been friends a long time, how did you become friends? - Olivia McDonald
Tasha:  Well I have known Tasha since we was 3, in nursery and has always been friends since then. Then we met Polly at a dancing class we use to go to.
Keisha:  We have never fell out, well serious falls out, never fell out over a lad and always been there for one and other if anything ever went wrong.
Polly: We would never fall out over a lad, if 2 of us like a lad then we would both agree to forget about him, friendship coming before boys always. Just remember that girls.

Snap: So who takes the longest to get ready before a show? - Harriet Kidd
Keisha: I will have to admit, its me.
Tasha: Yeah it is true, Keisha takes about an hour longer than me and I think Polly takes the same amount of time as me.
Polly: Defiantly Keisha! Me and Tasha take the same amount of time.

Snap: Whose was your favourite celeb party have you been to? - Kelly Madden
Keisha: I cant say they are all good.
Tasha: Yeah I have to say they have all been really good.
Polly: Yeah there all so good, but we have been to some bad ones.

Snap:  So heres the last question.  What kind of boys do you like? - Rachel  Dee
Keisha: Tall, dark and handsome, like in fairytale
Tasha: Windswept hair, muscular, a surfer boy please.
Polly: Long hair, dark and a good personality.

Snap: Thank you for coming in and answering them questions, all from snap would like to say good luck for your tour and have a good time.
Keisha: Thank you.
Tasha: Thanks for having us and I'm sure we will.
Polly: Bye, thank you.
